Shipping Policy
We partner with premium logistics providers to ensure speedy delivery nationwide. Depending on your location, it is expected that you get your package within 2-5 business days. Kindly contact us for any incongruities.
Return & Exchange Policy
Clients have a period of 5 days from the time of receipt of the item to initiate a return. As our items are usually quality-checked before delivery, clients must ensure that the returned goods are in the conditions (good) they received them.
Returned items will attract a total deduction of 30% of the price to cater for shipping and handling fees. Clients will have to submit returned items at the nearest and designated drop-off centres.
Refund
The refund should be initiated to the customer’s account within 7-14 days after receipt of the returned item. The item will be checked to ensure that there are no damages. There will be no refund for items damaged by clients.
